It depends on what your uncertainties on your intercept and/or inertia values are. If those uncertainties are greater than the values themselves then yes, this is possible. If they are not however, than your torque uncertainty should be smaller than the torque value. What were your intercept and inertia values with uncertainty?

Is it possible that we have a torque value 0.003 +/- 0.006 even though the uncertainty is larger than the actual value itself?
